Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sonographer to join a well-regarded NHS service in North Lincolnshire. The role offers a varied caseload including obstetrics, general, gynaecology, and small parts scanning, with additional MSK and vascular experience desirable. You will work as part of a supportive imaging team delivering high-quality diagnostic services and patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a broad range of ultrasound examinations, including obstetrics, general, gynaecology, and small parts.
  • MSK and vascular scanning experience is advantageous.
  • Accurately report findings and make appropriate referrals when necessary.
  • Contribute to the delivery of a professional and efficient ultrasound service.
  • Ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity throughout all examinations.

Requirements

  • HCPC registration.
  • Minimum of 6 months’ NHS experience (applications without this will be automatically rejected).
  • Proven competency in multiple ultrasound areas including Obs, General, Gynae, and Small Parts.
  • Additional MSK and vascular experience desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication and patient-care skills.
