We are currently seeking a Band 8a Biochemistry Laboratory Manager to join our client’s team in Milton Keynes. This is a full-time, ongoing position working core hours only, offering a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to contribute to a busy and well-established laboratory service.

- You will manage laboratory operations, oversee staffing and workflow, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive service delivery and strategic development.
Qualifications and Experience
- HCPC registration
- Post graduate Degree in Biomedical Science or equivalent
- Experience in laboratory management
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and workflow optimisation
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- NHS experience (preferred)
