About the role: The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and skilled Band 5 Frailty Technician to join our team in Milton Keynes. This temporary position runs from 05/09/2024 to 01/12/2024 and offers a competitive pay rate of £19-£22 per hour.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will support the dispensary with various tasks, collaborate with the department to establish a rota, and provide high-quality care and support to frail patients.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience/Knowledge: NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent. Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as a pharmacy technician. Previous experience in a hospital or community pharmacy setting. Accredited Checking Pharmacy Technician (ACTPT) certification.
- Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals. Good organizational skills to manage workload and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
