We are seeking a Band 3 Therapy Assistant to join our team at Standing Way, Eaglestone. In this role, you will support the therapy team in delivering high-quality care to acute NHS inpatients, particularly those with respiratory and surgical needs. Your contributions will be vital in promoting patient recovery and ensuring a positive experience in our care environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist qualified therapists in delivering therapy interventions to inpatients, ensuring that patient care is at the forefront of all activities.
  • Help with patient assessments and monitor progress under the guidance of the therapy team.
  • Support patients with rehabilitation exercises, mobility training, and daily living activities to enhance their recovery.
