The Clinical Physiology team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Respiratory Physiologist to join our team in Middlesbrough. This is a full-time position starting ASAP, with a competitive hourly rate of £30 - £35 per hour. The role is initially for a duration of 3-6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and departmental needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • You will conduct comprehensive respiratory and sleep studies.
  • You will analyze and interpret test results.
  • You will provide accurate and timely reports.
  • You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans.
  • You will educate patients and their families about respiratory and sleep disorders.

Qualifications and Experience:

Essential:

  • Clinical PFT/LFT experience.
  • Relevant qualifications and registration as a Respiratory Physiologist.
  • Band 6 or 7 with reporting experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience within the NHS.
  • Full Lung Function testing.

Desirable:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
  • Proven experience as a Respiratory Physiologist.
