Pay Rates: £21.50 - £38.23 per hour

Pulse Nursing is seeking compassionate and experienced Paediatric Nurses to join our team and work within a prestigious Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS FT. This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated nurses who are passionate about delivering outstanding care to children and young people in a supportive clinical environment.

Pay rates range from £21.50 to £33.60 per hour on PAYE (Days £21.50, Nights/Saturdays £28.50, Sundays/Bank Holidays £33.60) and £25 to £38.23 per hour under Umbrella (Days £25, Nights/Saturdays £32.50, Sundays/Bank Holidays £38.23).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to infants, children, and young people.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in line with individual patient needs.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and respond appropriately to changes.
  • Administer medications and treatments safely in accordance with Trust policies.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, therapists, and support staff.
  • Communicate effectively with children and their families, offering reassurance, education, and emotional support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Adhere to all safeguarding, health and safety, and infection control policies.

Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC pin.
  • Paediatric nursing qualification (RN Child).
