The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Maidstone. This role involves providing clinical pharmacy services to adult and elderly care wards. You will be working on-site, focusing solely on clinical wards with no dispensary cover required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will provide expert clinical pharmacy services to adult and elderly care wards.
- You will conduct medication reviews and provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care plans.
