We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SpR in General Surgery to join our client's esteemed team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional anesthetic care. What will your responsibilities be?
- You will be at the forefront of managing both elective and emergency surgical cases.
- You will conduct thorough patient assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and perform a variety of surgical procedures under the supervision of consultants.
- Your role will involve leading ward rounds, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
- You will also supervise and mentor junior doctors, providing them with guidance and support.
- Additionally, you will participate in outpatient clinics, contribute to clinical audits, and engage in research activities to advance surgical practices.
