What will your responsibilities be?

As a SHO in General Medicine, you will be integral to the management of acutely ill patients, ensuring they receive prompt and effective care. You will conduct initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage a variety of medical conditions under the supervision of consultants and registrars. Your role will involve participating in daily ward rounds, clerking new admissions, and performing necessary procedures. You will also provide support and guidance to junior doctors and medical students, fostering a collaborative and educational environment. Additionally, you will be involved in clinical audits, quality improvement projects, and contribute to the development of clinical protocols. Qualifications and Experiences:

  • MRCP Preferred
  • 6 months NHS experience
