Based at a key diagnostic centre in Brighton with responsibility across satellite sites, this is a senior role combining clinical excellence with service leadership. You'll oversee the day-to-day running of MRI services, manage a team of radiographers, and work closely with the Centre Manager to drive service development and training. A fantastic opportunity for an experienced MRI practitioner ready to step up — or consolidate — in a leadership capacity.

What you'll be doing:

  • Performing a wide range of MRI scans autonomously across diverse patient groups, including in the absence of a radiologist.
  • Managing and developing the radiographers working within and rotating through the MRI service.

  • Producing monthly and annual service performance reports and liaising with clinicians on scan referrals.
  • Supporting service development and training across the Brighton centre and satellite sites.

What we're looking for:

  • BSc Diagnostic Radiography (or DCR equivalent) with current HCPC registration.
  • Significant post-qualification MRI experience with a strong cross-sectional imaging background.
  • Cannulation qualification.
  • Previous experience in a management or service leadership role.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential — multi-site role).
  • Based in the UK (essential for consideration).

Salary & benefits:

  • Salary Up to £60,000 DOE.
  • Annual leave Up to 35 days.
  • Other perks: Pension · Healthcare · Parking.
