We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dispensary or Ward-Based Pharmacist to join our team in Cheshire. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about providing exceptional pharmaceutical care in a hospital setting. The successful candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the safe and effective use of medications, contributing to the overall health and well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the dispensing of medications and providing clinical pharmacy services on the wards.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Pharmacy
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Dispensary or ward-based experience in a hospital setting (ideally)
  • Strong clinical knowledge and experience in medication management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
