We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dispensing Pharmacist to join our team in London. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is passionate about providing high-quality pharmaceutical care. You will be working in a dynamic environment, ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications to our patients.
What will your responsibilities be
- Accurately dispense medications and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Provide expert advice on drug therapy and medication management.
- Manage medication inventories and ensure safe storage of pharmaceuticals.
- Conduct medication reviews and identify potential drug interactions.
- Educate patients on the proper use of medications and potential side effects.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of pharmacy services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications and Experiences
- Registered Pharmacist with GPHC
- Community or outpatient experience (suitable for Band 6)
- Hospital inpatient experience (suitable for Band 7)
- Clinical trials experience (suitable for Band 7)
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in pharmacotherapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
