We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist to join our team in Milton Keynes. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing team of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians who support patient care across a wide range of clinical specialties within the Trust. With the support of our Specialist Clinical Pharmacists and Principal Pharmacists, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.

Responsibilities

  • You will become part of a growing team of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians who support patient care across a wide range of clinical specialties within the Trust.
  • With the support of our Specialist Clinical Pharmacists and our Principal Pharmacists across a range of clinical specialties, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.
  • In addition to delivering ward-based pharmaceutical care and providing clinical support to the dispensary, you will have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of medicines optimisation and medicines safety activities as part of your wider medicines management role.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field
  • Valid pharmacy license
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a clinical pharmacy role
  • Strong knowledge of clinical pharmacy practices and medication management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Proficiency in pharmacy management software
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
