We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Locum Clinical Ward Pharmacist to join our team in London. This role is perfect for a dedicated professional who is passionate about providing exceptional pharmaceutical care in a clinical ward setting. You will be working in a dynamic environment, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care to in-patients.
- Conducting medication reviews.

- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Desirable: Experience with the ePMA system Oracle (Cerner Millennium).
