We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our dynamic Pharmacy team. This role is crucial in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of chemotherapy treatments. The successful candidate will play a key role in screening chemotherapy prescriptions, checking chemotherapy preparations, and providing oncology ward cover. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Screening chemotherapy prescriptions to ensure accuracy and appropriateness.
  • Checking chemotherapy preparations for safety and compliance.

  • Working closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care to oncology patients.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Hospital experience as a pharmacist.
  • Must hold a BOPA SACT passport.
  • Proven experience in hematology and oncology pharmacy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
