We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our dynamic Pharmacy team. This role is crucial in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of chemotherapy treatments. The successful candidate will play a key role in screening chemotherapy prescriptions, checking chemotherapy preparations, and providing oncology ward cover. Duties and Responsibilities
- Screening chemotherapy prescriptions to ensure accuracy and appropriateness.
- Checking chemotherapy preparations for safety and compliance.
- Providing comprehensive cover for the oncology ward.
- Working closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care to oncology patients.
Qualifications and Experience
- Hospital experience as a pharmacist.
- Must hold a BOPA SACT passport.
- Proven experience in hematology and oncology pharmacy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
