We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Band 8a Pharmacist to join our team at Pulse AHP. This role is essential in providing expert pharmaceutical care and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications within the hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of clinical pharmacy services, contributing to the high standards of patient care we uphold.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Delivering comprehensive clinical pharmacy services, including the review and management of patient medication therapies.
- Providing expert advice on the use of medications and ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
- Working closely with the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and manage medication-related issues.
- Supporting the overall functioning of the pharmacy department.
- Using the Bluespier system, if applicable, to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of pharmacy operations.
