The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive pharmaceutical support to the ward, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- You will deliver pharmaceutical support within respiratory and cardiology departments.
- You will assist in implementing an efficient system of medicines supply.
- You will undertake medicines reconciliation for all patients on the ward.
- You will contribute to medicines management audits.
Requirements
Education and Qualifications:
- GPhC Registered.
- MPharm plus 1 year pre-registration training.
- Postgraduate Diploma in General Pharmacy Practice/Clinical Pharmacy.
- Previous NHS hospital experience inclusive of clinical pharmacy practice.
- Previous hospital experience within respiratory and cardiology.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of medicines and their applications.
- Experience in data analysis or a related field.
