We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Band 7 Haematology/Oncology Pharmacy professional to join our client's team in London. This role involves providing specialised pharmacy services to clients with haematology and oncology conditions. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the healthcare team, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications in the treatment of cancer and blood disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and dispensing medications for haematology and oncology patients.
- Collaborating with healthcare providers to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Providing medication counselling and monitoring patient outcomes.
- Ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines and maintaining accurate records.
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Training and mentoring junior staff.
- Developing standard operating procedures.

Qualifications and Experiences:
- Degree in Pharmacy or related field.
- HCPC registration.
