The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist to join our Virtual Wards team in London. This role is crucial in providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting virtual consultations with patients
- Managing and reviewing medication plans
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Providing expert advice on medication use and safety
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines
Requirements:
Education and Qualifications:
- GPhC Registered
- MPharm plus 1 year pre-registration training
- Postgraduate Diploma in General Pharmacy Practice/Clinical Pharmacy
- Previous NHS hospital experience inclusive of clinical pharmacy practice
- Demonstrated experience of multi-disciplinary working
- Independent Prescriber
- Postgraduate management qualification
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of medicines and their applications
- Experience in data analysis or a related field
