We are currently seeking an experienced Band 6 Community Physiotherapist for an exciting community-based opportunity in London. This is an exclusive vacancy available only through our agency and offers an immediate start for the right candidate.

The Role

As a Community Physiotherapist, you will work within patients' homes and community settings, delivering high-quality assessments, treatment plans, and rehabilitation programmes to support patients in achieving greater independence and improved mobility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments.
  • Develop and implement personalised treatment plans.
  • Manage a diverse community caseload.
  • Deliver rehabilitation and mobility interventions.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records.

Requirements

  • HCPC registered Physiotherapist.
  • Previous NHS experience at Band 6 level.
  • Community experience is desirable.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively.
