A highly organised and proactive Executive/Personal Assistant is required to support two senior members of the Senior Management Team (SMT) within a fast-paced and professional environment in London. This role is ideal for a confident and experienced assistant who thrives on managing multiple priorities and providing high-level administrative support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and supporting strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel and logistics.
  • Preparing agendas, taking accurate minutes, and following up on action points.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting the SMT in a wide range of administrative tasks.
  • Adopting a proactive approach to problem-solving and anticipating the needs of the team.

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • Proven experience in an Executive or Personal Assistant role.
  • Strong minute-taking and diary management skills.
