Barts Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated and experienced Locum Rehab Support Worker to join our team in Leytonstone on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will provide essential support to the rehabilitation team, assisting in the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role is integral to the recovery and well-being of patients, requiring a proactive and compassionate approach to support both patients and staff. The position offers an immediate start and is contracted for 3 months, with the potential for extension based on performance and departmental needs. This will be a 3 month contract with a rate of £13.00 – £17.00 per hour.
The Locum Rehab Support Worker will work closely with the rehabilitation team to implement and monitor patient care plans. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with daily living activities
- Supporting patients in their rehabilitation exercises
- Maintaining accurate records of patient progress
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective and holistic patient care
