Our client is looking to source an experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join their team as soon as possible. This role will involve working across medical wards, providing essential occupational therapy support to patients and contributing to their recovery and discharge planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions on medical wards.
- Support patients with functional assessments and rehabilitation.
- Assist with discharge planning and liaise with the multidisciplinary team.
