Job Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Podiatrist to join a dynamic healthcare team in Bedford. This role is ideal for a candidate with some experience in the field—please note that newly qualified graduates will not be considered. The successful applicant will provide high-quality podiatric care across a varied caseload, contributing to the wellbeing and mobility of patients in the community. This is a part-time opportunity with potential to increase hours based on performance and service needs. You will be working in a supportive environment with access to professional development and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver podiatric assessments and treatments for a range of foot and lower limb conditions.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical records in line with professional and organisational standards.
- Contribute to service development and patient education initiatives.
- Provide care in both clinic and community settings as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- A recognised degree in Podiatry.
- HCPC registration.
- Demonstrable experience in podiatric practice (new graduates will not be considered).
- Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
