Pulse is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Band 7 Dispensary Pharmacist to join a busy NHS hospital pharmacy service in Yorkshire. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the delivery of safe, effective, and high‐quality dispensary services within a well‐established hospital setting. You will play a key role in clinical screening, accuracy checking, and supporting the wider pharmacy team to ensure patients receive timely and appropriate pharmaceutical care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, efficient, and high‐quality dispensary services.
- Conduct clinical screening and accuracy checking of prescriptions.
- Provide expert medicines information and advice to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Support and supervise pharmacy technicians and assistants within the dispensary.

Qualifications and Experience
- Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Previous NHS hospital dispensary experience (essential).
- Strong understanding of medicines legislation, dispensing processes, and clinical screening.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‐paced environment with strong attention to detail.
