We are looking for a skilled and motivated Clinical Ward-based Pharmacist to join our team in Wakefield. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for patient care and a background in mental health. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, and supporting the healthcare team with their expertise.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPHC).
  • Up-to-date with mandatory training.
  • EPMA experience.
  • Experience working on-site due to limited time for training.
  • Desirable but not essential: Clinical diploma, prescriber qualification.
