What you’ll do
- Deliver safe, patient-centred diagnostic imaging across a busy hospital service
- Use RIS/PACS/EPR accurately; keep clear records and protect data confidentiality
- Contribute to image quality, protocol optimisation and routine QA
- Mentor and support juniors/students; help coordinate daily workflow
- Work closely with the MDT to meet service demand and turnaround times
Must-haves
- Degree (or equivalent) in Diagnostic Radiography
- HCPC registration as a Radiographer
- Strong recent experience operating at senior level in a hospital imaging team
- Comfortable supervising colleagues and maintaining high professional standards
- Confident user of hospital IT systems (RIS/PACS/EPR)
Nice-to-haves
- Exposure to Interventional Radiology (IR)
- Experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting
- Experience in Computed Tomography (CT)
