An adult acute inpatient service in Cheshire is seeking an experienced Psychologist to join their team on a part-time basis (2 days per week). This is an excellent opportunity for a psychologist with previous inpatient experience who is looking for flexibility without stepping away from high-quality clinical practice. The role sits within a well-established MDT and has a strong emphasis on supervision, leadership, and service development, alongside some direct clinical work with more complex presentations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working within an adult acute inpatient MDT
- Providing clinical leadership and supervision to pre-qualified psychologists
- Undertaking direct clinical work with more complex patients as required
- Contributing to service development and high clinical standards
- Supporting clear clinical pathways within the service
What We’re Looking For
- HCPC Registered, Qualified Practitioner Psychologist
- Inpatient experience within adult mental health settings
- Confidence in supervision and leadership responsibilities
