About the role: The Clinical Physiology team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Respiratory Physiologist specializing in Full Lung Function Testing to join our team in Exeter. This is a full-time position with an immediate start date, offering a competitive hourly rate of £28 - £35. The role is initially for a duration of 3 months, with the potential for extension based on performance and departmental needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • You will conduct comprehensive respiratory assessments and perform diagnostic tests.
  • You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with respiratory conditions.
  • You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care.
  • You will maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  • You will stay updated with the latest advancements in respiratory care and integrate them into your practice.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Clinical PFT/LFT experience.
  • Relevant qualifications and registration as a Respiratory Physiologist.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within the NHS.
  • Proven experience in Full Lung Function Testing, preferably at Band 6 level.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven experience as a Respiratory Physiologist.
