Working hours: Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week (9:30 AM – 4:30 PM, with a 60-minute unpaid break)
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Band 7 Senior Pharmacist to join our client across sites in Epsom and Sutton. The successful candidate must be willing to work cross-site and will play a key role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Overseeing and managing the safe, effective, and efficient use of medicines across both sites.
- Providing expert clinical input and supporting junior pharmacy staff.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and guidelines.
- Reviewing prescriptions and advising on medication management.
- Liaising with medical and nursing teams.
- Contributing to service development initiatives.
- Maintaining accurate records and participating in audits.
- Promoting best practice in all aspects of pharmaceutical care.
- GPhC registration
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
- Significant post-registration experience in a hospital or clinical setting
- Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Willingness to work across multiple sites
