Our client is seeking an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join their SEND team in Essex. This role involves delivering specialist OT interventions for children with additional needs, supporting schools and families, and contributing to Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
Key Responsibilities:- Undertake Section F of EHCPs, ensuring accurate and comprehensive input.
- Visit schools across Essex to provide therapy and support.
- Liaise with parents, teachers and other professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Deliver therapy for gross motor, fine motor and sensory needs.
- Write detailed reports and maintain accurate clinical filing.
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Sensory integration training and experience working with children.
- Ability to deliver a range of therapies in school settings.
- Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a car.
