Pulse is recruiting experienced Service Delivery Leads for a role in the North East England area. Our hourly pay rates are between £29.14 - £37.50. The shifts are flexible, and you can work from 1 to 2 shifts a week up to full time with the shifts available below:

  • Monday to Friday 8.15am – 4.45pm
  • Saturday 8.45am – 4.15pm
  • Sunday 10.45am to 4.05pm

What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you’ll take charge of the outreach unit’s daily operations, ensuring appointments run smoothly and efficiently. Acting as the first point of escalation for any operational queries, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a responsive and well-coordinated team. Staff attendance and break coverage will be managed under your guidance to support consistent service delivery. With a strong focus on participant care, you’ll uphold clinical governance standards while overseeing procedures such as blood sample collection and physical measurements. Your efforts will help maintain a safe, high-quality experience for every participant. Additionally, you’ll facilitate the seamless flow of individuals through the unit and contribute meaningfully to the UK’s largest health research programme—gathering vital data that supports ground-breaking work in disease prevention and treatment.

Qualifications and Experiences

  • Be 25 years old or over
  • Hold a clean full manual driving licence
  • Have not been refused motor insurance
  • Have held a full licence for at least 12 months
