We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Consultant in ENT Surgery to join our client's esteemed medical team in Hampshire. In this role, you will provide expert otolaryngological care, perform a wide range of procedures, and ensure the highest standards of patient safety and care. Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert otolaryngological care and manage patient treatment plans with precision and compassion.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and perform a diverse range of ENT surgical procedures.
- Uphold the highest standards of patient safety and care.
- Oversee pre- and post-operative care and collaborate with a dynamic multidisciplinary team.
- Step in for emergency surgeries when needed.
- Mentor junior doctors, keeping them inspired and informed.
- Stay at the forefront of the latest ENT surgical advancements and contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- GMC registered.
- CCT required.
- Extensive experience in ENT surgery, including managing complex cases and working in various clinical settings.
- 25 days annual leave (+Bank Holidays).

- Continuous Training and Development with 10 days CPD.
