This role requires working in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment, where you will be responsible for managing the care of elderly patients. Your advanced expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the precision and reliability of pharmaceutical services, which are critical for accurate patient care and treatment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the pharmaceutical care of elderly patients, dispensing medications and counselling patients on the correct use of their medications.
- Ensure strict adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver superior patient care.
- HCPC registration
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field
- Extensive experience in pharmaceutical care, particularly with elderly patients
- Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Unwavering attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
