We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Invasive Cardiac Physiologist to join our client's team in Doncaster. This role is suitable for candidates at Band 7 level. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality invasive cardiac diagnostics and therapeutic procedures, contributing to the overall care and management of patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing a range of invasive cardiac procedures such as angiograms, pacemaker insertions, and electrophysiology studies.
- Working closely with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnosis and effective treatment plans.
- Maintaining patient records and ensuring all equipment is properly calibrated and functioning.
- Adhering to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant degree in Cardiac Physiology or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in invasive cardiac procedures.
- Proficiency in performing angiograms, pacemaker insertions and follow-ups.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.
