We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Medicines Optimisation professional to join our client's team in Doncaster. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, focusing on optimising the use of medicines to improve patient outcomes. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the safe, effective, and economical use of medications within the healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Conducting medication reviews
- Providing expert advice on the use of medicines
- Developing and implementing medicines optimisation strategies
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of medication regimens
- Providing education and training to staff

Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Pharmacy (MPharm) or equivalent
