A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist to join our client’s dynamic healthcare team in Dartford. This role is ideal for a proactive and knowledgeable pharmacist who is passionate about delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the safe and effective use of medicines across a range of clinical areas, contributing to improved outcomes for the client’s patients.

Responsibilities

  • The Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for providing expert advice on the safe, effective, and economical use of medicines.
  • Duties include conducting medication reviews, supporting prescribing decisions, ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines, and contributing to multidisciplinary team meetings.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (MPharm) or equivalent.
  • Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPHC).
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical pharmacy experience.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy and clinical guidelines.
