We are seeking an enthusiastic Consultant in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (CMHT) to work full time hours for our NHS client based in Oxford, Oxfordshire. This vacancy is available on a locum basis for the successful candidate to start immediately for a short-term contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert clinical assessments and diagnoses for children and adolescents experiencing complex mental health issues.
  • Leading and overseeing the development of comprehensive treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.
  • Managing and supporting multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective collaboration between various healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and nurses.

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • Must have a full GMC licence to practice.
  • Specialist Register (CCT).
  • Relevant previous experience working in this type of position.
  • Section 12 Approved clinician.
