We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Locum Neuro Physiotherapist to join our team in East London. This temporary position offers an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic healthcare environment, providing specialized neurorehabilitation services. Responsibilities:
- Delivering comprehensive neurorehabilitation services to patients with neurological conditions.
- Assessing and treating patients.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Monitoring progress.
- Working with patients who have spinal cord injuries, behaviorally challenging conditions, or persisting disorders of consciousness, with or without tracheostomies.
- Collaboration with other healthcare professionals and adherence to NHSE rehab pathways.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Physiotherapy.
- HCPC registration.
- NHS experience.
- Neurorehabilitation experience.
- Skills in SCI (Spinal Cord Injury) rehabilitation.
- Experience working with behaviorally challenging patients or patients in persisting disorders of consciousness with/without tracheostomy.
- Knowledge of NHSE rehab pathways.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
