The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our community pharmacy in Cirencester and make a real impact on the lives of hundreds of people every day. Whether you’re supporting pharmacists, providing top-notch services to customers, or fostering community spirit, your work will be meaningful and rewarding.
Your main responsibilities as a Pharmacy Manager:
- You will ensure accurate and timely supply of prescriptions.
- You will deliver a range of NHS and Private services and provide healthcare advice to customers.
- You will play an active role in our charity support program, offering advice to people at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
- You will lead, train, and develop colleagues to achieve their full potential.
- You will build strong relationships with Primary Care Networks and GPs’ surgeries.
- You will ensure accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items.
- You will use a planning system to ensure pharmacy staff availability to meet customer needs.
