We are urgently seeking a qualified and experienced Pharmacy Technician to join our client’s team in Chesterfield. This is an ongoing contract with an immediate start, offering a fantastic opportunity for a motivated technician to contribute to a busy and supportive pharmacy service. The successful candidate must be an Accredited Checking Technician (ACT) and will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities- You will be responsible for performing final accuracy checks on dispensed medications, supporting the dispensary team, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures.
- You will also assist in stock management, liaise with clinical staff, and contribute to the smooth running of the pharmacy department.
- GPhC registration (General Pharmaceutical Council)
- Experience working in a hospital or community pharmacy setting
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
