Responsibilities
- Carry out psychological assessments and needs analyses to inform tailored interventions
- Produce high-quality reports for families, schools, and professionals
- Collaborate with education staff to co-develop strategies that remove barriers to learning
- Deliver training and consultation to internal and external stakeholders
- Supervise and support Assistant Psychologists and trainees
- Contribute to service development, research, and reflective practice
- Work as part of a wider clinical team, engaging in supervision and CPD

Qualifications and Experience

- Essential: Doctorate in Educational Psychology and current HCPC registration
- Desirable: Experience working with children and young people with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs
- Strong communication, consultation, and report-writing skills
- A collaborative, reflective approach to practice
