We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Clinical Pharmacist to join our client’s team in Carlisle. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic healthcare setting, supporting safe and effective medicines management across a range of clinical areas. The successful candidate will bring strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for delivering clinical pharmacy services, including medicines reconciliation, prescription review, and patient counselling.
- You will support prescribing decisions, ensure compliance with local and national guidelines, contribute to the safe and effective use of medicines across the service.
- You may also be involved in audits, training, and service development initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
- GPhC registration (General Pharmaceutical Council)
- Proven experience in a clinical pharmacy setting
- Strong clinical and therapeutic knowledge
