Band 6 Occupational Therapist – Community CAMHS Eating Disorder Service

Location: Hampshire

Contract: Temporary

Hours: 22 hours per week (Wednesday – Friday)

Our client is seeking an experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join their Community CAMHS Eating Disorder Service in Hampshire. This role involves working with young people and families, providing specialist occupational therapy interventions to support recovery and improve quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy interventions for young people with eating disorders, including ARFID.
  • Work collaboratively with families and the multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
  • Support engagement in meaningful activities and promote functional recovery.
  • Contribute to service development and best practice within CAMHS.

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience working with young people and families.
  • Previous experience in eating disorders and/or ARFID is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
