Our client is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist to provide clinical leadership across multiple service units within the Birmingham region. This is a senior role offering the opportunity to influence practice standards, support service development and lead occupational therapy provision across the region.
The Role:
- Provide clinical leadership and professional oversight to Occupational Therapists across multiple units
- Support service development and ensure delivery of high-quality person-centred occupational therapy
- Provide supervision, mentorship and clinical guidance to therapy staff
- Work collaboratively with senior leadership and multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Significant post-qualification experience including leadership or senior clinical responsibilities
- Strong clinical communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work regionally across multiple services
