Our client is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist to provide clinical leadership across multiple service units within the Birmingham region. This is a senior role offering the opportunity to influence practice standards, support service development and lead occupational therapy provision across the region.

The Role:

  • Provide clinical leadership and professional oversight to Occupational Therapists across multiple units
  • Support service development and ensure delivery of high-quality person-centred occupational therapy
  • Provide supervision, mentorship and clinical guidance to therapy staff
  • Work collaboratively with senior leadership and multidisciplinary teams

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
  • Significant post-qualification experience including leadership or senior clinical responsibilities
  • Strong clinical communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work regionally across multiple services
