We are seeking a Band 8a Pharmacist to join our esteemed client in Birmingham. This role involves working on wards with dispensary support, ensuring safe and effective medication management for patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for covering two wards and clinical dispensary sessions following a short induction period.
Key Responsibilities
- Expertise in hospital pharmacy, including medication reviews, clinical dispensary support, and ward‑based pharmaceutical care.
- Dispensing medications and advising healthcare professionals on drug therapies.
- Ensuring compliance with NHS protocols.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
