An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and motivated Band 7 Pharmacist to join our dynamic client's team in Birmingham. This role is essential in providing high-quality pharmaceutical services across multiple sites, ensuring continuity of care during annual, study, and sick leave. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues, other departments, external organisations, and the public to maintain excellent service standards.
Responsibilities
- Delivering comprehensive pharmaceutical services, including medication management, clinical consultations, and patient education.
- Ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, conducting medication reviews, and providing expert advice to healthcare professionals.
