Rate: £34-37 per hour

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Pharmacist specializing in Medicine Information to join our team in Milton Keynes. This temporary full-time position is ideal for a professional with at least 6 months of NHS experience who is passionate about providing accurate and comprehensive medication information. As a Band 8a Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in supporting healthcare professionals and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for providing detailed and evidence-based medication information to healthcare professionals and patients. Your duties will include:

  • Researching and responding to medicine-related inquiries
  • Evaluating and disseminating drug information
  • Contributing to the development of medication guidelines and protocols
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications and Experience
  • Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPHC)
  • Minimum of 6 months NHS experience
  • Strong background in medicine information and pharmacology
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
