We are seeking two highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist Pharmacists to join our Haematology, Oncology, and Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive environment, providing expert pharmaceutical care to patients with complex needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide specialist pharmaceutical care to haematology, oncology, and BMT patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in clinical audits and contribute to the development of clinical guidelines.
- Educate and train pharmacy staff and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Hospital experience as a pharmacist.
- Must hold a BOPA SACT passport.
- Proven experience in haematology and oncology pharmacy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
