Rate: £34- £37 per hour
Working Hours: 09:00 – 17:00
Duration: One month initially with a view to extend
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist with hospital ward experience to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical care within our hospital wards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide expert pharmaceutical care to patients in hospital wards
- Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to optimize patient treatment plans
- Conduct medication reviews and ensure the safe and effective use of medications
- Educate patients and healthcare professionals on medication management
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient medication records
- Participate in clinical audits and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Experience in a clinical pharmacy setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Clinical Diploma
